    Eyelets : Steel Eyelets inserted into the corners of your board for strength

    Upload Design : Please only select this option if your arftwork is print ready. Printex will conduct a standard free artwork check on supplied file & prepare artwork design proof for review & approval before production starts

    E-mail Design : You can order your product now and send the required artwork design later . Please ensure that all submitted designs are print ready and setup according to our artwork design manual .

    Design Service : PLEASE NOTE that adding a design package will increase the delivery time of your order. No production will commence without an approved design proof. Where assigned revisions have been exceeded a rate of R450 per hour will be charged for any additonal changes to the selected design package. All design packages are valid for one artwork only, we may use the purchased design to resize for simmilar product at no additional charge. All prices include VAT 15% . T’s & C’s Apply.

What is PVC Foam (Foamex) boards?

Foamex is a waterproof, lightweight plastic material made of expanded PVC, suitable for printing on it. Foamex is easy to shape, trim and cut

Where can I use these boards?

Signs made of foamex PVC are great, cost effective solution for indoor use. Lightweight and easy to clean foamex signs can be installed on office doors, painted or tiled walls and even glass.

How long does the boards last?

Foamex signs used internally may last from 3 to 5 years. Foamex signs installed outdoors and exposed to extreme weather conditions may display a significant signs of damage to the surface. For external use consider aluminium composite signs.

What is the largest size my Foam PVC Sign can be?

The maximum sheet size is 2400mm x 1200mm – however, we can make any size sign you require by supplying multiple sheets.

How can I install the signage?

Printex is a signage manufacturer and we also install any signage – however a lot of our signage is quite easy to install yourself. We recommend that you search for instructional videos on YouTube that show you how to install the signage yourself. If you can install it yourself you will save a lot of money!

For installation on flat surface such as glass, smooth wall or plastic surface use double sided bond tape to install a foamex sign. For uneven and textured surfaces it is recommended to use screws for mounting.
