My order shows no tracking information ?
If you have received a tracking number for your order and it doesn’t show you delivery timelines please contact our support Help Desk.
My delivery information is incorrect ?
If have received your tracking number for your order and it’s booked for delivery, but realise you made an address or contact info mistake, please contact us immediately as their is limited time to change delivery info mistakes on our courier’s back-end system.
I am not at my delivery address, what now ?
If you know that you will not be at your place of work or home on the date of delivery please submit this information to our help desk so that we can communicate this to our courier beforehand.
What Courier Companies does Printex use?
We send out majority of our parcels out with courier guy, as we have found them to be a great mix between dependability & affordability. We also use the services of Fastway courier & BEX couriers as alternatives.
