What are your support hours?

Our support team is available between 8am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday.

Are you open on public holidays and weekends?

Our online print store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. But unfortunately our support team are only available on the above mentioned operating hours. 

Who can I contact after hours/emergencies?

If urgent support is required please send us a message through our chat widget form function. We will get back to you ASAP.

How can I request a quote?

We are always ready to assist with your custom quoting requirements. Please follow the steps below to request your quote:
Step 1: Create an account or login into your current account.
Step 2: Navigate to the product page, there will be a request custom quote button just below the add-to cart button. Select all product options and click on the quote link to add to your quote list.
Step 3: Click on the browse quote list link and you will be redirected to your quote list page. Fill out all required and optional details and click “submit”

I want to ask a question about a specific product

When you are on the product page, customers will notice that there is a “floating” button called “Ask a Question”. Customers can use this form to request more information regarding the specific product. Our support team will respond ASAP !

What to do if you have a complaint

At Printex we believe in full transparency and resolving disputes and complaint as directly and efficiently as possible. Please Include as much detail as possible in your submittal.
