Those who are after a basic sign and are not able to create the artwork file to our specifications. All you will need to tell us is the text you want on the sign, as well as the background and font colours you would like! You can also send us your logo and we will set up the print ready file for you to the exact size of your custom sign.

Premium Design Examples:
Repair/Modify
You’ll need our File Revision service if you want us to work on an existing file that requires changes to elements like the size, orientation or contents, but without us creating an original graphic design. Recreating a print file from a photo of your materials also counts as File Revision. You can ask the graphic designer assigned to your project to revise the design three times. This means you don’t have to make do with the first version we send you; you can work with the designer and request changes until we’ve sent a maximum of three different versions.

Other Design Services
Logo Re-draw
If the logo provided is not a vector file or in a suitable resolution for printing, we can re-draw it for you. You will also receive a copy of the redrawn file.
Background Removal
Typically for cutting out an image of a person (ie. removing the background from the image to create a better quality artwork design).
Cut-Line Creation
Need a custom cut shape for your flat image artwork but there’s no cut line around it? We can do it for you!

We keep all artwork on file for 1 year so you can easily reorder your signs again in the future! Just let us know your order number and our team will be able to locate the artwork file and use it for your new order at no extra cost!
You’ll be contacted within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Remember that our graphic designers are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Remember that this service is for designing or revising a single product: if you need our help for multiple products or versions of your file, you will have to request Design Services for each one.
Request it whenever you like, either before placing your order or later on. If you wish, you can select your chosen service on the product page and then purchase both your product and the Design Service at the same time. Once you have bought your product and approved your print file, you will then upload the file yourself in the Upload Area.
