Our FREE design services are included in your order. These services refer to basic artwork design or setup ONLY. Clients can submit their info & content online with the order order or alternatively e-mail our Help Desk after placing the order.
What is included in a basic design?
Our design team will use your submitted information to create a basic visual graphic.
Typical basic designs include :
- Background solid colour
- One or Two Font Styles
- Social media icons & usernames
- Company Logo, Heading & paragraph

What info is required after placing order ?
- Company Logo
- Background images
- Contact Details
- Colour for text, elements and background
- social media username profiles

How many revisions are allowed for my design ?
With our FREE bsaic design option our clients have 3 revisions max to request changes to their artwork.

Orders over R1500 incl. VAT will be delivered free to a single destination point anywhere in South Africa.*to a single destination point in either Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban or Pretoria. Subject to package size and weight restrictions, as such, bulky items.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
If your order is over R1500 and you live in South Africa. This is subject to certain package size and weight restrictions, as such some bulky items on the website do not qualify for free delivery.
Delivery usually takes between 2 – 3 working days.
Express delivery is available on request.

How much is delivery for order that do not qualify?
Normally our satchels & parcels average range is at about R99 per shipment. Our systems calculates the delivery automatically. For exact costing please contact our Help Desk for more info.

Some items on our site can not be used with your discount code. These items include products that are on special, stock clearance items and some indoor & outdoor display products.
